Ann Delores Mays' Obituary
Funeral services for Ann Delores Mays, 78, Friendship, will be 2:00 PM, Saturday, December 7, 2024 at Friendship Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Bethesda Cemetery. She passed away Wednesday, December 4th at her residence surrounded by her loving family. Ann was born in Little Washington, NC, daughter of the late Dock and Mavis Elaine Price Enfinger. She was raised in Galveston, TX and moved to Tennessee in 1989. She worked as head bank teller for Union Planters/Regions Bank in Humboldt for 20 years. Ann was a loving wife, mother, stepmother and grandmother. She leaves to cherish her memory husband, Joe E. Mays of Friendship; daughter, Dusty Dunn-McCord (Bubba) of Jackson; stepdaughter, Mary Jo Hunt (Richard) of Friendship; stepson, Keith Mays (Meredith) of Jackson; sisters, Patricia Diane Frank of Friendship, Margaret Donihoo of Texas City, TX; grandchildren, Krista Jo Laster, Elizabeth Hunt, Jennifer Hunt, Timothy Scott Smallwood, Tyler Smallwood and Joseph Keith Mays. Pallbearers to serve will be Kevin White, Keith White, Eric Coleman, Richard Hunt, Keith Mays and Roger Dale Martin. Honorary pallbearer will be Curtis Donihoo. The family will receive friends Saturday at the funeral home from 12:00 PM until service time.
