Betty Jean Beaver's Obituary
Betty Jean Beaver 91, left her earthly home on Tuesday October 1, 2024 at the Crockett County Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Alamo, TN. Mrs. Beaver was born in Crockett County, TN daughter of the late Ewell and Jewel Stewart Reynolds and had lived her entire life in the Crockett and Dyer County area. She was well known for her kind and gracious demeanor and the love she had for her family and dear friends. Betty was preceded in death by her husband Billie King Beaver in 2003. In earlier life she was employed by Halltex Company and had been a member of the Elizabeth and Friendship United Methodist Churches. In addition to her parents and husband she was preceded by a son Tommy Beaver and brother Ted Reynolds.
Left to cherish her memory is son Jeff Beaver (Ronda), Friendship, TN; sister, Judy Wheeler, Alamo, TN; brother Gerald Reynolds, Proctor, AK; grandchildren Bethany Cheek, Chris Beaver, Randy Beaver, and Corey McLaughlin; 8 great grandchildren. Funeral services for Mrs. Betty will he held Friday Oct. 4, 2024 at 1:00 P. M. at the Friendship Funeral Home with Susie Riley officiating. Burial will follow in the Bellevernon Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday Oct. 3, 2024 from 6 to 8 P. M. Pallbearers for the service will be Phillip Cheek, Chris Beaver, Randy Beaver, Drake Beaver, Dylan Beaver and Corey McLaughlin. Friendship Funeral Home 731-677-2673.
