Bobby Jack Williams' Obituary
Bobby Jack Williams, 90, passed from this life on Sunday June 1st at his residence after an extended illness. Bobby Jack was surrounded by his loving family at the time of his death. He was born in Crockett County son of the late Owen and Myrl Wright Williams and had lived his entire life here.
During his adult life, he was a salesperson for auto parts, a veteran of the United States Army and a member of the Maury City Church of Christ.
Left to cherish his memory is his wife Peggy Williams, Maury City, TN, sons, Steve Williams (Gin), Maury City, TN, Keith Williams, Maury City, TN, step son Bobby Brooks,(Mitzi), Bradford, TN, step daughter, Vickie Chalfin, Tulsa, OK, grandchildren, Mallory, Chelsea, Amy, Jonathan Williams, Toni Knapp, six great grandchildren and three, great great grandchildren.
Services for Bobby Jack will be held on Wednesday June 4,2025 at 1:00 P.M. at the Maury City Funeral Home with David Brinkley and Donnie Talley officiating. Burial will follow in the Maury City Cemetery. Visitation will be on Tuesday June 3,2025 from 5-8 P.M. at the funeral home. Pallbearers for the service will be Tommy Butner, Jamey Talley, Stephen Rigsby, Johnathan Williams, Pete Turnage, Eric Jordan and honorary pallbearers being Keith Riley, Tyler Butner and Johnny Biggs.
