David Lynn Wright's Obituary
Services for David Lynn Wright, 69, of Friendship will be 2:00 PM Friday, December 27, 2024 at Friendship Funeral Home with Rev. Randy Kellough officiating. Burial will follow in Providence Cemetery. David passed away Sunday, December 22nd at Bells Nursing and Rehabilitation Center after a long illness. He was born in Lauderdale County son of the late Buford and Robbie Etheridge Wright and had lived most of his life in Crockett County. He was a carpenter and Baptist in belief. Other than his parents, he was preceded by siblings, Linda Mansfield and Gary Wayne Wright. To cherish his memory, he leaves his wife, Janice Wright of Friendship; daughters, Desta Taylor (Mike) of Crockett Mills and Charma Finley (Chris) of Denver, CO; sister, Paulette Baggett of Ripley; brothers, Jimmy Wright and Paul Wright of Nankipoo and Harold Wright of Henderson; grandchildren, Megan Taylor, Hunter Taylor, Ethan Taylor, Brenna Taylor, Issac Finley, Keegan Finley, Donvan Finley and Issac Finley; great grandchild, Beau Bennett Taylor. Pallbearers to serve will be Ethan Taylor, Derick Hutchison, Victor Ruiz, Michael Taylor, Gage Burress and Levi Knox. The family will receive friends Thursday, December 26th from 5-7 pm at the funeral home.
