Mr, Don Allen Puckett's Obituary
Funeral services for Don Allen Puckett, 77, will be held Friday August 17, 2018 at 1:00 P.M. at the Maury City Funeral Home with Rev. Ron Crenshaw officiating. Burial will follow in the Maury City Cemetery. Mr. Puckett died on Wednesday August, 15, 2018 at the North Delta Hospice in Southaven, MS following a lengthy illness. He was born in Crockett County, TN son of the late Harvey A. and Kathleen Spry Puckett and lived most of his life in Memphis and Nesbitt, MS. He was a retired baker from Colonial Bread and was a Baptist. He is survived by his wife, Patricia Ann Puckett, Nesbitt, MS, sisters, Clora Mansfield, Morris, IL, Linda Nolen (Jimmy) Alamo, TN, Kay Knox (Don), Crockett Mills, TN. He was preceded in death by a sister, Ruth Pratt and a brother, Clyde Puckett. Pallbearers will be Don Knox,Tommy Beaver, Billy Lynn Agee, Chandler Sisson, Ernest Harold Bushart and Ralph Poston. Visitation will be at the funeral home on Friday August 17, 2018 beginning at 11:00 A.M. Maury City Funeral Home 731-656-2113.
