Elsie Sue Tinkle's Obituary
Funeral services for Elsie Sue Tinkle, 88 will be held on Wednesday September 21, 2022 at 1:00 P.M.at the Friendship Funeral Home with Rev. Jimmy Clendenin officiating. Burial will follow in the Bellevernon Cemetery. Mrs. Tinkle was born in Dyer County, TN daughter of the late J. Z. and Zelma Heath Espey and had lived her entire life here. She was the widow of Lennie Crawford Tinkle and a retired bookkeeper for Security State Bank. She attended Memphis State University and was a member of the Beech Grove Baptist Church. She is survived by a son Lennie Tinkle, Jr., Dyersburg. TN, daughters, Belinda Rhodes (Randy), Farmerville, LA, Pam Grimes (Keith), Cody, Wyoming, Selena Capriotti (Gino), Ponchatoula, LA, Cindy Hilton (Dave) Buchanan, TN, sister, Geraldine Binkley, Dyer County, TN, five grandchildren and ten great grandchildren. Pallbearers to serve will be David Spry, Nick Spry, Matt Call, Mike Rhodes, Chris Rhodes and Chase Williams. Visitation will be at the funeral home beginning at 11:00 A. M. until the funeral hour.
