Glinda Joan Rodgers' Obituary
Funeral services for Glinda Joan Rodgers, 75, will be held Saturday at 3:00 P.M. at the Friendship Funeral Home with burial to follow in the Bellevernon Cemetery. Mrs. Rodgers died March 24th at the Jackson Madison County General Hospital after a lengthy illness. She was born in Friendship, TN daughter of the late Mickey and Mary Climer Williams and was educated in the Crockett County Schools and attended Business College. Mrs. Rodgers was a retired telephone operator with AT&T and South Central Bell in West Memphis and a member of the Seventh Day Adventist Churches in Dyersburg and West Memphis. Survivors include her husband Gerald D. Rodgers, Friendship, TN, son Richard Rodgers, Springdale, AR, sisters, Sharon McClure, Atoka, TN, and Patricia King, Mooresville, N. C. Visitation will be at the funeral home on Friday March 25,2015 5-8 P.M.. Memorials may be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
