Mr. Jerry Lynn Moore's Obituary
Funeral services for Jerry Lynn Moore, 75, will be held on Friday July 30, 2021 at 2:00 P. M. at the Friendship Funeral Home with Rev. Charles Halliburton officiating. Burial will follow in the Bellevernon Cemetery. Mr. Moore died on Monday July 26, 2021 at his residence after a short illness. He was born in Dyer County, TN son of the late James and Gert Davis Moore and lived most of his life in the Friendship Community. He was a retired employee of Heckethorn Manufacturing Company. He was also a member of the Zion Hill Baptist Church. He is survived by his wife, Patty Moore, Friendship, TN, son Jody Moore,(Erica) Friendship, TN, brother, Charles Moore, Newbern, TN, sister, Peggy Evans, Dyersburg, TN, grandchildren, Jeremy Moore (Chirsty), Kloie Moore and great grandchild, Troy Moore. He was preceded also by a sister Shirly Moore. Pallbearers will be David Williams, Bobby Walker, Jeff Strayhorn, Ben Strayhorn, Tommy Smith, Charles Moore, Jr. Visitation will be on Thursday July 29, 2021 at the funeral home from 5 until 8 P.M. and again at noon on Friday until the funeral hour.
