Mrs. Linda Ann Heathcott's Obituary
Graveside services for Linda Ann Heathcott, 74, will be held on Thursday January, 25, 2018 at 1:00 p.m.at the Bellevernon Cemetery with Larry Harper officiating . Mrs. Heathcott died Monday January 22, 2018 at the Jackson Madison County Hospital after a short illness. She was born in Crockett County daughter of the late Guy and Mary Casey Vernon and had lived most of her life in Crockett County and a short time in Memphis, TN. She had owned and operated a restaurant for many years before her retirement. Mrs. Heathcott was a member of the Friendship Church of Christ and was preceded in death by her first husband Joe Morton and by her second husband Buddy Heathcott. Survivors include her daughters, Patreice Biggs (Johnny) Mitzi Young (Joe) both of Friendship, Stephanie Brasfield, Alamo, TN, brother, Sammy Vernon, Friendship,TN, grandchildren, Jonna Biggs, Bridget McBride, Blake Parker, Cassie Lindsey, Preston Young, Tessa Parker, Leigh Ann Lindsey, Heather Burnett, Jessie Brasfield and 8 great grandchildren. She was preceded by a brother Randy Vernon. Pallbearers to serve will be Johnny Biggs, Trent Forsythe, Joe Young, Blake Parker, Brian Burnett, and Cooper Lindsey. Visitation will be at the funeral home beginning at 10:00 A. M. on Thursday January 25th until 12:45 p. m. Friendship Funeral Home 731-677-2673.
