Mrs. Neldred Earline Leonard's Obituary
Funeral services for Mrs. Neldred E. Leonard, 97, will be held on Monday August 5, 2019 at 11:00 a. m. at the Friendship Funeral Home with Revs. Tommy McElyea and Jim Griffith officiating. Burial will follow in the Elizabeth Cemetery. Mrs. Leonard, the widow of James Huey Leonard died on Friday August 2, 2019 at her residence after a lengthy illness. She was born in Crockett County, TN daughter of the late Will and Sally Young Hannah and had lived her entire life here. Mrs. Leonard was a homemaker and an active member of the Elizabeth United Methodist Church. She is survived by a daughter Kathy Johnson (Ralph), Austin, TX, son, Larry Paul Leonard, Friendship, TN and two nieces and nephews. Pallbearers will be Bill Kirk, Clyde Young, Mike Ferrell, Lynn Burnett, Casey Burnett, Mike Harber with honorary pallbearers being Harold Park, Bobby Vernon, and Scotty Evans. Visitation will be at the funeral home on Sunday August 4, 2019 from 5-8 p.m. Friendship Funeral Home, 731-677-2673.
