Mrs. Nettie Melvinia Ange's Obituary
Funeral services for Nettie Melvinia Ange, 89, will be held Wednesday December 16, 2015 at 11:00 A. M. at the Friendship Funeral Home with Dr. Jerry Drace officiating with burial following in the Bellevernon Cemetery. Mrs. Ange the widow of Morris Ange died Sunday evening at the Jackson Madison County General Hospital. She was born in Crockett County daughter of the late Oscar and Jessie Conyers Smith and lived her entire life in the Friendship Community where she was a member of the Friendship Baptist Church.. Mrs. Ange was a retired employee of the Todd Uniform Company.In addition to her husband and parents she was preceded in death by a daughter, Betty Gilliland, and son Anthony Glynn Ange. Survivors include sons, Rickey Ange (Pam), Friendship, TN, James Ange (Karen) Alamo, TN, daughter, Linda York (Joel), Springville, TN, sister, Norma Burse, Colliverville, TN, five grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. Pallbearers will be Sammy Riley, Chuck Fussell, Dennis R. Jones, Casey Burnett, Larry Pruitt, and Carson Pruitt. Honorary pallbearers, Robert Lipker, Thomas Burse, Terry Higdon, Colby Pruitt, Keith Elmore, and Keith Pigue. Visitation will be at the funeral home Tuesday from 5-8 P. M..
