Pansy Patricia Roberts' Obituary
Pansy Patricia Roberts, age 93, passed away peacefully on May 26th, 2025, at her home, surrounded by her loving family. A lifelong resident of Crockett County, she was born to William Ernest and Bessie Loreen Nowell Fisher and was a 1950 graduate of Crockett High School in Maury City.
Shortly after graduating, she married the love of her life, Connie Malcolm Roberts. Their marriage spanned 68 devoted years until Connie’s passing. Together they raised two sons, Mike and Allen. Pansy lovingly embraced her role as a homemaker, nurturing her family with care and grace.
Pansy was a faithful member of Floyd's Chapel Church, where she served as pianist and music arranger, finding great joy in contributing to her congregation. She also loved traveling alongside Connie in his business of buying and selling farm equipment, a journey they cherished together.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her sister, Margaret Ward.
She is survived by her sons: Mike Roberts of Halls, TN, and Allen Roberts (Sandra) of Kissimmee, FL. Her legacy lives on through her beloved grandchildren: Chad Roberts (Emily), Dade Roberts (Tiffany), Adrienne Escott (Mark), Kyle Roberts, Adam Roberts (Holly), and Kelly Wright (Ronnie); great-grandchildren: Nathan Wright (Ashley), Rebecca Wright, Kathryn Wright, Anne-London Roberts, Shelby-Grace Roberts, Rowan Roberts, Lauren Claire Escott, Will Roberts, Sam Roberts, and Jack Roberts; and great-great-grandchildren: Sierra and Ryland Wright.
The family wishes to express heartfelt gratitude to Kristen Chiasson for her loving care and support.
A celebration of Pansy’s life will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, May 30th, 2025, at Floyd’s Chapel Church, with Rev. Adam Roberts and Rev. Joe Hall officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends beginning at 1:00 p.m.
Pallbearers will be Ronnie Wright, Kelly Wright, Dade Roberts, Chad Roberts, Zeb Hall, and Wade Hall.
