Phyllis Ann Hart's Obituary
Phyllis Ann Hart, 77, died peacefully on Saturday July 8, 2023 at her home in Dyersburg, TN following a lengthy illness. Mrs. Hart was born in Dyersburg, TN daughter of the late Delmar and Estelle Alexander Griffin and had lived her entire life in West Tennessee mostly in Dyer County. She was a homemaker, member of the New Life Outreach and the wife of Doyle Hart who survives. In addition to her husband, she is survived by sons, Reubel Hart, Dyer County, Richard Hart, Murfreesboro, TN, daughters Contina Renee Lee, Paris, TN, Letha Hart, Emily Hart, both of Dyersburg. TN. brothers James Griffin, Kenny Griffin, Robert Griffin, all of Dyer County, TN, Delmar Griffin, Jr., Gibson County, sisters, Bonita Tinkle, Dyersburg, TN, Kathy Snow, Gibson, TN, ten grandchildren and seventeen great grandchildren. Mrs. Hart was preceded by one son Doyle, Jr. and brother Tommy Griffin. Services will be held on Tuesday July 11, 2023 at 10:00 A. M. at the Friendship Funeral Home with Rev. Kelly Lock officiating. Burial will follow in the Bellevernon Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Ty Hart, Edgardo Tapia, Abimelek Tapia, Derick Lee, Kerry Lock, Wesley Moody, and honorary pallbearers Ray Lewis and Tommy Lee Johnson.
