Mrs Ruby Louise Cox's Obituary
Services for Mrs. Ruby Louise Cox, 72, will be held Monday Oct. 24, 2016 at 2:00 P.M. at the Friendship Funeral Home with Rev. Eugene Bishop officiating with burial to follow in the Bellevernon Cemetery. Mrs. Cox died Sunday Oct. 23, 2016 at her residence after a short illness. She was born in Lauderdale County, TN but had lived in the Friendship Community most of her life. Her parents were the late Joseph Edward and Lula Marie Sorrell Mays. She was a member of the Friendship United Pentecostal Church. Survivors include daughter Teresa Williams (David), sons William Harold Cox, Kenneth Cox, brothers, Joe Mays, Billy Mays, all of Friendship, TN and sister, Rose Marie James, Dyersburg, TN, three grandchildren, Brittany Williams, John Williams, and Tori Cox, Pallbearers will be James Arnold, Keith Mays, Steve Webb, Casey Burnett, Chad Tubbs, and D. B. Booth. Visitation will be at the funeral home beginning at noon and until funeral time. Friendship Funeral Home 731-677-2673.
