Sandra Chandler Brewer died peacefully on October 17th at the age of 82. Services will be 11:00 am Thursday, October 24th at St. Mary's Catholic Church with Father Gabe Bouck officiating. Burial will follow in Mt. Pleasant Cemeter Read Obituary
To the Brewer family, I am so sorry for your loss. I will miss seeing Mrs. Brewer at the library. She was always so kind and we always enjoyed talking books with her. - Brooke
Sandra’s first babysitting job was for my children: Evan, Holly, and Becky. She was a perfect “mother” for them during the day while I taught. Each of them felt especially loved by her. She talked to them each as though they were the most important thing in the world to her. She remained our dear friend always. There’s an empty corner of our lives without her, but we have beautiful memories made with her to fill the crevices.
I will miss sitting with you at noon Mass on Wednesday’s while our daughters are holding hands and praying with and for us during Mass. I know you are no longer suffering and are enjoying being with Beth in Heaven. May God comfort and console Bill and the rest of your family.
I haven’t know her very long, but she always had a warm and beautiful smile every time I saw her at mass. I will miss her. Peg Abell
Sandra was an outstanding baby sitter for our youngest son, Corey, from 1981 to 1985. She enriched the lives of other children also. There was none better! It was our pleasure that we kept in touch through the years, and she and her husband Bill attended Corey's 40th surprise birthday party in 2021. What a wonderful caregiver she was and she will be greatly missed!
