Services for Wilma Helen Butler, 76, Friendship, will be 1:00 PM Saturday, May 13, 2017 at Friendship Funeral Home with Rev. Bobby Dennison officiating. Burial will follow in Friendship Cemetery. Mrs. Butler passed away Thursday, May 11, 2017 at Jackson Madison County General Hospital. She was born in Dyer County, daughter of the late William Harold and Myrtle Geneva Merrick.Sorrell and had lived most of her life in Crockett County. Mrs. Butler was a homemaker and a Baptist in belief. She is survived by her husband Wallace Butler, Friendship, TN, sons Jonathan Blackshear, Friendship, TN, Tony Blackshear, Dyersburg, TN and grandchildren, Chassidy Whittemore, Cheyanna Blackshear, Kristin Blackshear, and great grandson, Grayson Whittemore. Visitation will be Friday evening 5-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
