Wilma Sue Goode's Obituary
Graveside services for Wilma Sue Goode, 89, will be held on Thursday October 26, 2023 at 2:00 P. M. at Fairview Cemetery with Bro. Ray Sollis officiating. Mrs. Goode died on Tuesday October 24, 2023 at her residence after a lengthy illness. She was born in Dyer County, TN daughter of the late Elvis and Charlotte Hudson Sollis and had lived her entire life in Dyer County and was a retired employee of Heckethorn Manufacturing in Dyersburg. She was the widow of Floyd Goode who preceded her in death in 1991 and was a Pentecostal in belief. Survivors include her brothers, Rayburn Sollis (Brenda), Friendship, TN, Alton Sollis, Friendship, TN, and Jerry A. Sollis (Patricia), Dyersburg, TN. Visitation will be at the funeral home beginning at noon on Thursday Oct. 26, 2023 until 1 P. M. Pallbearers will be Chuck Fussell, Jim Rice, Elvis Sollis, James Ray Sollis, Michael Ray Sollis, and Brandon Allen McIntosh. Friendship Funeral Home 731-677-2673.
