From jumble beginnings, you proved hard work, determination and honesty can lead to a successful life.
Many hours of our conversations bring such pleasant memories. Included are times when a dollars worth of gas gave us a whole weekend of good times just sharing time together. We've enjoyed great meals as kids on your Mom's wood stove and also as adults ---- any excuse to get together and share conversation - solving the problems of the world !
No one could ask for a better friend. You can count on George to be loyal, generous, honest and always willing to help all who needed it. Also.........leadership qualities - no matter where life took him. Truly a good Christian family man who adores his children. His Bible was his reference material for just about everything.
Fond memories of your kind visits when Mother was ill and the Rook games we enjoyed; you and I were comical partners that kept people guessing (and laughing). You were there for us when my Dad passed away too.
The "GIFT OF GAB" certainly will be memorable. So glad you were a part of my life I'll never forget.
